Terms of Service

Last updated July 17, 2026

These terms cover your use of TrainerBooked. By ordering or using our service, you agree to them. If anything here doesn't work for you, email [email protected] before you buy.

What you get

TrainerBooked is a done-for-you setup plus an ongoing service for independent personal trainers. We build your marketing system: a brand guide and positioning, a trainer website, a booking page, a 14-day launch sprint, Google Business setup and review scripts, and weekly client check-ins. We keep it running and hosted for you after that. Exact deliverables are described on our home page and in your intake form.

Payment

Founding beta members use TrainerBooked free for twelve months from their signup date. After that, continued use is $59/month or $590/year. No card is collected during the beta. Any optional add-ons or third-party tools you choose to use (for example an email provider or booking platform) may have their own separate costs.

Founding beta terms

You're joining as a founding member, so here's exactly what that means and what it will cost you and when. No surprises.

  • Your first twelve months are free, counted from the day your setup is provisioned, not from the day you fill out the form.
  • We don't collect a card during the beta. There's nothing to cancel a charge on, because there isn't one.
  • Near the end of your twelve months, we'll email you a heads-up before anything changes. If you want to continue, it's $59/month or $590/year (two months free) from that point. No setup fee.
  • You can cancel anytime, and you're never locked into a contract.

If you decide not to continue at the twelve-month mark, your account is deleted after a 30-day grace period. We'll send you email warnings during that window, and each one includes a download link so you can save your brand guide and your drop-in copy before anything goes away. After the grace period, deletion is complete: your site, your trainerbooked.com subdomain, and any client data from your check-ins are removed from our servers. We keep your positioning work available to you right up until that point, so you always leave with what we built for you.

  • Give us accurate information in the intake form so we can build the right thing.
  • Confirm that your gym or facility agreement allows you to operate as an independent contractor and train clients independently.
  • Review any documents we provide, including the sample service agreement, before you use them with your own clients.

Independent contractor setup

TrainerBooked helps you set up as an independent operator. We are not your employer, partner, or agent, and you are responsible for your own business, taxes, insurance, and compliance with local rules.

Not legal, medical, or financial advice

Any templates we provide, including service agreements and waivers, are starting points, not legal advice. We recommend having a local attorney review them before use. Nothing on this site is medical or financial advice.

Your content and your brand

You own your brand, your client relationships, and the content you provide to us. Your system is yours to run, and you're responsible for what you publish through it.

Refunds and cancellation

The founding beta is free, so there's nothing to refund during your first twelve months. You can cancel anytime and you won't be charged. If you continue past the beta and later cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the period you've already paid for, and we won't bill you again. If something isn't right, email [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

Limitation of liability

We work hard to deliver a great system, but we can't guarantee specific business results such as a particular number of clients or revenue. To the fullest extent allowed by law, TrainerBooked isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
