Privacy Policy
Last updated July 4, 2026
This policy explains what TrainerBooked collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because you're busy training clients, not reading legalese.
Who we are
TrainerBooked builds done-for-you marketing systems for independent personal trainers, landing pages, email flows, booking systems, and content. When we say "we," "us," or "TrainerBooked," that's who you're dealing with. Questions? Email [email protected].
What we collect
When you fill out our intake form to get started, we collect the details you give us:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Where you train (city and state, or "online only")
- Your specialty, micro-niche, and content topics
- Your brand preferences and social media handles
- The services and pricing you want to offer
We also collect basic, privacy-friendly analytics about visits to this site (page views and general location), gathered without cookies and with bots filtered out.
Why we collect it
- To build your system. Everything you submit is used to create your brand guide, website, email sequence, and booking page.
- To reach you. We use your email and phone to deliver what you ordered and to support you afterward.
- To improve. Aggregate analytics help us make the product better. We don't sell your data, ever.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that make TrainerBooked run, for example our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our email delivery provider. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else. We will disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your intake details for as long as you're a customer and for a reasonable period afterward so we can support you. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
